DJP Homes
Dean started his building career as a project manager for SKR Homes, one of Toronto’s most sought after custom homebuilders. After six years honing his craft, Dean founded his own company, DJP Homes, in 2010. DJP Homes has garnered a reputation as being a highly professional with exceptional attention to detail and superior customer service. DJP Homes has completed dozens of projects in the Toronto area working alongside many of Toronto’s most accomplished designers and architects.

OUR SERVICES

DJP Homes is a full service project management company specializing in custom homes and renovations in the Greater Toronto Area. Our services are customized to suit each of our client’s requirements. In order to achieve this, we manage a select group of projects at any given time so that we can focus our attention on your home’s construction. The bedrock of our service is three-fold:

We recognize that the construction of your new home is one of the most ambitious, expensive and emotional projects you will undertake. We have developed a highly organized and transparent system for our projects that allows us to manage timelines and budgets in real time and share this information with clients at regular intervals.
